Description

The Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for promoting growth, generating leads and increasing brand recognition. From printed collateral to campaign strategy and our social media presence; a marketing specialist represents the tip of the spear for all industry-facing activities. The core responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • Content Marketing - work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and manage messaging, keep an editorial calendar, publish blog posts, manage presentation/video assets, schedule white papers, segmented email campaigns, press releases, etc.
  • Social Media Management - create messaging and manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Event Marketing - manage events and work with SMEs to schedule and execute webinars and participate in industry conferences and events (some travel may be required), budgeting and tracking return on investment for each event
  • Product Marketing - Assist in the coordination of prospect and customer communications including upcoming product releases, upgrades, renewals and promotions

Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and promoting Federal Compass’ digital presence. The core responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • Google Ad campaigns - Including setting up various types of campaigns such as Search, Display, Display Remarketing, etc. Must be able to compile keywords, as well as compose ad copy. In addition to the responsibility for tracking all AdWord billing and spending.
  • Google Analytics - To include defining goals that will be tracked as conversions in Google, as well as collecting the Google Tracking information
  • Facebook - Including setting up ads through Facebook Business Manager (setting up the advertisement, defining the targeting, placing the budget, and uploading creative). And conducting monthly reporting and billing.
  • Responsible for the delivery and reporting of all email marketing campaigns. Including the identification of target audiences, uploading the email into the system, scheduling the send, tracking costs, and reporting on the performance of each email campaign
  • Responsible for the creation of SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, and keywords) for all Federal Compass websites
