THESE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDE NEEDED CAPABILITIES AS IDENTIFIED BY THE PROJECT MANAGER UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (PM UAS) WITHIN THE AVIATION PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE (PEO-A). THE PM UAS HAS FIELDED THE SHADOW 200 AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF UPDATING THE SYSTEM WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES. THE PM UAS HAS REQUESTED A SYSTEM TO CHARACTERIZE THE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE DURING FLIGHT TESTING. THIS MATERIALS PURCHASE IS TO PROVIDE DESIGNS, HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, AND SUPPORTING FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE OPEN ARCHITECTURE FOR TELEMETRY AND INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS (OATIS) GEN 3 SOLUTION AS IDENTIFIED BY THE PM UAS TO ASSESS TECHNOLOGIES.
