FA701407C0021 - AF/SGR CURRENTLY SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADC CDM, A PROTOTYPE THAT ACHIEVES THE MISSION OF THE AFMS TO PERFORM ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL INFORMATION FROM MULTIPLE SOURCE LOCATIONS BY PROVIDING A CENTRAL DATA COLLECTION, AGGREGATION, AND MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY. PROLOGIC WILL WORK WITH AF/SGR ON TECHNICAL AND PROGRAMMATIC ISSUES, AND WILL LEAD A TEAM OF ENGINEERS AND DEVELOPERS TO DELIVER A SYSTEM MEETING ALL APPLICABLE INFORMATION ASSURANCE, PRIVACY, AND HIPAA REQUIREMENTS THAT WILL SUPPORT A WORLDWIDE, DISTRIBUTED MEDICAL WORKFORCE. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY OPTIMIZING THE SCALABILITY, PERFORMANCE AND FAULT TOLERANCE OF THE ADC CDM THROUGH TESTING AND EVALUATION OF VARIOUS DESIGN AND CONFIGURATION OPTIONS, INCLUDING DATABASE POLICIES AND TUNABLE PARAMETERS. THE RESULT WILL BE A DITSCAP APPROVED SYSTEM, WITH A RECOMMENDED SET OF BEST PRACTICES WITH PARAMETERS FOR THE AIR FORCE TO USE WHILE CONFIGURING THE SYSTEM IN DIFFERENT STAGES FROM ROLLOUT THROUGH FULL DEPLOYMENT.
